Use email for passing along a message, only when deemed appropriate by Pres. and Pres.-elect.
If you leave voice mail, do not assume recipient will check that and act upon it. Be sure to go one more step down the chain, call one more person to keep the message going.

New club members are not added to the phone chain during the year. It is the responsibility of the sponsor and/or mentor for new members to call that person anytime the phone chain is activated!
