Member Access is a password-protected area on RI’s web site.
It is used by club and district leaders but also can be very useful to individual club members. You can view your membership information, view your donation history to The Rotary Foundation, view the Official Directory, and much more. Try it!
To start using Member Access, you must register.
You’ll need a valid e-mail address and your district, club and membership numbers.
Our District is 7890.
Our club is 6494.
Your membership number is assigned by RI the first time you join Rotary, and never changes. You can view that number on our club’s roster, e.g.(address1-MSword-format.doc), which can be found on the password-protected site maintained for our club’s rosters.
To use that, go to http://homepage.mac.com/suehklock/Menu19.html where you will see a box for entering the club password (contact webmaster or club secretary for the password). Click on Six Formats, and re-enter club’s password again when seeing that same box. Once there, you can view an excel file, Membershiplist..xls , which has lots of information including each member’s Rotary membership number, the RI ID, or a word file, address1-MSword-format.doc, which has the membership number but not all of the other information found in the membership.xls file. (You can also contact a Club and District Support Representative for that.)*
Once you have registered, Member Access prompts you to designate a user name, and a password is e-mailed to you. (Later you can get on and change that password to one of your own choosing.)
To go directly to the Member Access page and begin, just go to https://riweb.rotaryintl.org/
If you have already registered but have forgotten your user name, a Club and District Support representative can help you. (*Find your support representative at www.rotary.org/support/CDAreps .)
