1)       Women’s Center for Wellness (from Mike Barnett – SW Rotary):  Kathy Porter, Health Coordinator; will speak on any health-related area (phone: 533-4646)

2)       ChildPlan Blueprint/Survey (from Bill Saunders):  Donna Kehoe, Executive Director, East Hartford ChildPlan, Inc.

3)       GoodeWorks (from Sue Klock/George Utter – Windsor Rotary):  Theresa Goode – works with non-violent women offenders who are being released from prison; presented at Windsor and Bloomfield clubs

4)       Bradley International Airport (from Frank Collins):  Ms. Kiran Jain, Director of Mktg and Dev

5)       O.E.M. of Connecticut (Pat Gately/Gerry Brady):  Gerry’s daughter and son-in-law’s company; they do company payrolls and offer Workers Compensation Packages; have done program for Enfield Club

6)       Don Munson (EH Rotary member):  speak on his art & exhibits

7)      Rotary Ambassador Scholar (Everett Watson):  have past scholar speak about experiences

8)       Federal Congressman John Larson (Pat Gately):  ask for at least 3 topics from which to choose – non-political

9)       Pat Dwyer - District 7890 Fellowship Chairman (Sue Klock):  emailed Sue and suggested she come and speak about Rotary Fellowship/Polio trip to Ghana/2006; free Jan-May 2009

11)   Rotary Leadership Institute (from Steve Jacoby):  Steve or other speaker to talk about what institute is about, etc.

12)   Town Finance - Town of East Hartford (from Don Pitkin):  Michael Walsh, Finance Director for town to speak on town financial issues

13)   State Finance (from Dan Firestone):  State Comptroller Nancy Wyman to speak on state financial issues

14)   Children’s Museum of Connecticut (from Dan Firestone):  Kevin Sullivan, CEO to speak about initiatives at Children’s museum

15)   New President of MCC (from Frank Collins):  to speak on initiatives at MCC

16)   Flying Military – Small Craft (from Carol Krantz):  Tom Mountz, Major, to speak on flying helicopters, etc.

17)   State Police – Dog Sniffers (from Carol Krantz):  state trooper with dog stationed at Bradley Airport to sniff out illegal substances and track POI

18)   John Shemo – Hartford Area Presentations:  1) "Hartford's Place in the Global Economy"; 2)  "Preparing for Tomorrow, The Search for Talent"
