From I-84, Exit 55 for Route 2 East, then Exit 8 for Hebron Avenue, turn right
at end of exit, then turn left at next light onto New London Tpke. You will see

Hartford.

At stop sign, turn RIGHT onto NEW LONDON TURNPIKE.

After a little more than ½ mile, at traffic light, turn LEFT onto CHESTNUT HILL
RD.

either direction” below.
From either direction, once
you turn onto New London Turnpike

After a little more than ½ mile, at traffic light, turn LEFT onto CHESTNUT HILL
RD.

After a little less than ½ mile, turn LEFT onto HOPEWELL RD.

head east, go right on Forbes (you will pass the High School) -- from I-384,

Directions from Hartford Area:
Take I-91 North, Take exit 10 for Main St toward
Chicopee, Merge onto Dover St., Turn left at Chestnut St,
Continue on Springfield St, At the traffic circle, take the
3rd exit and stay on Springfield St. until you see signs for the
college.
Alternate directions from Elms College website,
www.elms.edu, if you use these, you essentially drive further north on I-91
but may spend shorter distance on connecting roads between I-91 and the
college. Ask Steve Jacoby if you need clarification.
From Route 91 North, take Exit 12
Take Route 391 North towards Chicopee.
Take Exit 2 (the first exit after leaving Route 91) on to Center Street, Route
116 North.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
Go through the traffic light, and take your first right onto South Street.
Proceed up the hill to the next traffic light and take a right onto Springfield
Street.
The College will be on your left.
